Preventing swimmer’s ear is another key to a successful season for some athletes. An after-practice ear care routine is suggested to keep ears healthy. Additionally, ear plugs worn during practice to keep water out can be helpful for some athletes. Although this brand is not a swimming ear plug, they are highly recommended.
