Hello Swimming and Diving Families-

As we wrap up the school year we wanted to update you on a few items.

Swim and Dive Banquet- Thursday, May 28
We are excited to see those of you who RSVP’ed for the banquet tomorrow at 6 pm for dinner. If you did not RSVP we invite you to attend the awards ceremony beginning at 7 pm in the theater.

Parkas and Girls Swimsuits
The vendor that was used for the girls swimsuits and parkas failed to deliver the items despite prompt payment and repeated requests. The law firm that represents the district was contacted and has initiated communication in hopes that it can be resolved. As of Wednesday evening the vendor has assured us that parkas were shipped as well as a refund check. I will update those who ordered suits and parkas once I have received the items/refunds.

Team Photos
Visual Sports unfortunately lost every single order associated with the swim pictures. They still have all of the photos that were taken, but they no longer have the corresponding order information. To help resolve the issue, they have provided photo package #7 for every student-athlete whose picture was taken. For parents who ordered additional items that were not included in the package provided, they can contact Visual Sports directly to either request a refund or receive the additional items they originally purchased but did not receive.
